Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before confirming your appointment with Peak Clean. They explain what our services cover and what they don't.
By confirming an appointment, accepting a quote, or allowing our crew to begin work, you agree to the terms below. If you have any questions before your appointment, call us at (832) 783-9669 or email info@getpeakclean.com.
1. What House Washing & Driveway Cleaning Cover
Our house washing, soft washing, and driveway, patio, and walkway cleaning services are designed to remove organic material such as dirt, algae, mold, mildew, moss, and general grime. Unless specifically agreed to in your quote, these services do not include removal of rust stains, oil or chemical stains, paint, hard water deposits, or other non-organic staining. Rust removal and similar treatments are available on request and will be quoted separately.
2. Stains That May Not Fully Come Out
Some marks can leave permanent staining even after cleaning. This includes, but is not limited to, dirt dauber (mud wasp) nests, which can stain surfaces and may not be removable to 100%. Deeply set, long-standing, or etched stains may lighten without disappearing completely. We will always do our best to restore the surface, but we cannot guarantee that every stain, mark, or discoloration will be fully removed.
3. Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning removes dirt, pollen, and general buildup from glass, and where included in your quote, frames, sills, tracks, and screens. Mineral deposits, hard water staining, and etching can be permanent, and a cleaning may improve them without removing them completely. Hard water stain removal is a separate service quoted on request and results are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions, including scratches, etched or cracked glass, failed or fogged seals, damaged or brittle screens, worn weatherstripping, or damage to window tint, film, or coatings. Paint, stucco, plaster, construction residue, and similar materials on glass may not be removable without risk of scratching, and we may decline to remove them. Older or fragile screens and frames may be damaged by normal handling; please tell us about any known weak or loose windows before we begin.
4. Roof Cleaning
Our roof cleaning uses a low-pressure soft wash to treat black streaks, algae, moss, and lichen on roofing surfaces. Results can take time to fully appear: treated growth may continue to fade over days or weeks, and heavy moss or lichen may need more than one treatment. Roof growth can return over time depending on shade, moisture, trees, and weather, and we cannot guarantee it will not regrow. Rust stains, oil, and other non-organic staining are not included unless specified in your quote. We are not roofers and do not inspect roofs for structural or condition issues. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear, including loose, cracked, curling, or missing shingles or tiles, granule loss, aging or deteriorated roofing, prior repairs, or existing leaks, some of which may only become visible once a roof is cleaned. For safety, we may choose to clean from the ground, a ladder, or the roof, and we may decline or modify any work on a roof we consider unsafe because of its pitch, condition, or weather.
5. Pre-Existing Conditions & Prior Damage
Peak Clean is not responsible for damage or conditions that existed before our work began, including but not limited to cracked, spalling, or sealed-over concrete; failing, chipped, or peeling paint; loose or deteriorated siding, caulking, trim, or mortar; worn or damaged roofing; faulty windows, seals, or screens; and existing leaks. Cleaning can reveal damage that was previously hidden by dirt or growth, and we are not responsible for damage that is revealed rather than caused by our work. Please point out any known problem areas before we begin.
6. Customer Responsibilities
We are not responsible for damage caused by the customer, or by conditions the customer did not tell us about, including improper installation or maintenance of the property or its fixtures, failing to disclose known defects, hazards, or hidden damage, inaccurate information or instructions provided to us, or items left on or near surfaces to be cleaned. Before our arrival, please make sure we have access to the property, a working outdoor water source, and (where needed) electrical power, and that pets, vehicles, and valuables are moved out of the work area. Delicate or sensitive plants, decor, and fixtures should be protected or moved where possible.
7. Scope of Work
Our crew will clean the areas and surfaces described in your quote or appointment. Areas not included in the quote are not part of the service. We choose the cleaning method, such as low-pressure soft washing or higher-pressure washing, based on the surface being cleaned.
8. Weather & Scheduling
Weather and site conditions can affect safety and results. We may need to adjust or reschedule an appointment because of rain, lightning, high wind, or unsafe conditions, and we will contact you to arrange a new time.
9. Guarantee Limits
Any satisfaction or workmanship guarantee we offer applies to the work we perform on the surfaces and organic material described in your quote. It does not apply to the exclusions listed in these terms, including rust and other non-organic stains, stains that cannot be fully removed, pre-existing damage, or damage caused by customer-related conditions. If you are not satisfied with an area we cleaned, contact us promptly so we can review it and make it right where it falls within our guarantee.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your appointment applies to your service.
