What services do you offer?

We provide exterior and interior window cleaning services. Each service is designed to leave your windows spotless and crystal clear.

How do we clean the windows?

Exterior windows: We use a reverse osmosis deionized water filtration system with a water-fed pole brush. We wash the frames, tracks, and sills to ensure when it rains, the windows don’t get re-dirtied. The filtered water leaves no streaks and provides a spotless finish.

Interior windows: We clean using soap and the classic squeegee method to leave your windows streak-free and shining.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

For exterior window cleaning, you don’t need to be present. Just ensure we have access to the windows and water supply. For interior work, we’ll coordinate a time that works for you and ensure minimal disruption.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the Greater Houston area, including Katy, Sugar Land, Pearland, Bellaire, Missouri City, Manvel, Friendswood, League City, Sienna, and more.

How do you accept payment?

We collect payment after the job is completed. You can pay securely online via card, or we accept checks or cash on-site.

Do you remove screens?

Yes, we remove all bottom floor screens that can be safely taken off. For the remaining upper floor screens, to avoid danger, they must be removed from inside your home before we arrive or optionally left on. Windows still clean well with screens in place. Alternatively, we can remove the remaining upper floor screens from inside your home for an additional $3 charge per screen.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Yes, we ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

What if it rains on the day of my cleaning?

If weather conditions aren’t safe or effective for cleaning, we’ll notify you and reschedule at the earliest availability — at no extra cost.
